Briza maxima – Greater Quaking Grass
A terrific ornamental grass that works well in a clump and appears to tremble in the breeze. A great choice for a pond edge. Direct sown and easy to grow. Can be cut and dried for use in floral arrangements.
How to grow: Sow direct March-May or for germination the following spring, sow in August-September. Sow 6mm (1/4”) deep in a clump in a prepared seed bed. Once established, thin to suit growing position.
