Ammi Majus
Also known as Queen Anne’s Lace and Bishops Weed, this is delicate looking flower is an ideal addition to arrangements and bouquets. The flower heads can even be dyed! Due to its height (100-140cm), it is perfect for the back of border beds. Ammi ‘Majus’ is known for attracting bees, beneficial insects and other pollinators. It has nectar/pollen rich flowers.
How to grow: From April to June, sow in flowering position 2mm deep. Once established thin to 30cm (12”) apart. Can also be sown in Autumn or from February onwards for planting out later.
