Aster ‘Ostrich Plume’ mixed flower seeds x 200 min
Produces stunning and very large double blooms in delicious pastel shades with feathered curved petals. It has a branching habit that makes it prolific and makes a beautiful cut flower. Height 45cm (18”).
How to grow: In March-April sow in trays of moist seed compost and cover with a fine sprinkling of compost or vermiculite. Place in a warm place. When large enough to handle transplant seedlings into pots or trays. Gradually acclimatise plants to outdoor conditions for a few weeks before planting out after all risk of frost, 23-30cm (9-12″) apart in well-drained soil in full sun.
